June Members Meeting - with Education Futures Trust

Join us at Education Futures Trust to hear about and see their exciting new training facilities in partnership with Plumpton College.

The Trust support children and families to enhance life chances as well as build resilience and confidence in the local community focusing on the needs of the most disadvantaged and excluded residents, by providing learning through forest schools, conservation work, sport, catering experiences and a range of other projects.

In June 2021, they unveiled exciting plans to bring Plumpton College to Hastings as part of the Town Deal. The initiative, which officially starts this summer will be delivered over a seven-year period and has already transformed underused land into an educational hub that will benefit both the local business and wider community.

The morning will include our usual style of informal networking over some breakfast and hot drinks before we hear from the leaders at Education Futures Trust and Plumpton College, with more opportunities to network afterwards.

There is free on-road parking outside the entrance, as well as the main car park that is accessed via Ochiltree Road, and with more space to park in the nearby residential roads.
