October Members Meeting - with Lightning Fibre

Lightning Fibre was founded in 2018 as a small Full Fibre ‘AltNet’ (Alternative Network) in Eastbourne and secured substantial funding in Oct 2020 to expand. Since then, the company has grown to 200 employees and thousands of happy customers (the company is rated excellent on Trustpilot).  The network currently covers Eastbourne, Hailsham, Heathfield and Hastings.

Whilst the Hastings roll out has been slightly delayed, the company is making headway and many premises will be released to sale across Hastings and St Leonards during the remainder of 2023 and early 2024. As the multi-award-winning company enters its next phase of growth, it has recently announced Stefan Stanislawski as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Come and hear about the challenges they have faced and overcome, plus the successes of their rapid growth; you never know you might pick up a useful tip or two to help your business.

The meeting will take place at Hastings Commons and will include our usual friendly style of informal networking over some breakfast plus a presentation from Alastair Fairley of Hastings Heart about a fun but important campaign about male cancer awareness, plus more opportunities to network afterwards.
